We acquired the Annapoorna brand through our newly incorporated subsidiary GEF Foods India Private Limited in Fiscal 2025, marking our entry into the spices and convenience foods business. At the time of acquisition, it had a robust distribution network in Tamil Nadu which has since been integrated with our distribution channels. We have launched the Annapoorna brand in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and intend to launch the brand in other states.
